
This Imperial Stout was brewed with 275kg of cacao husks for a rich, lucious, chocolate flavour, before conditioning in Speyside whiskey barrels for six weeks – long enough for micro oxygenation and barrel flavours to enrich the beer, but short enough to avoid tannin and oak dryness.

Huge on chocolate and some nice smoky peat flavours coming from the whisky.
Surprisingly smooth considering the ABV.
Tastes special.
