A nice balanced beer. The citrus makes it a good pairing with my secret chilli recipe, cuts through the spice. The dry finish the. Makes you ready for the next bite.

Bald Eagle ... flies high. Really nice American Pale Ale. It’s got that hoppy/citrus aroma and flavour from the Citra. I quite like this beer. It’s simple but very effective. An American Pale Ale done very well.

A lovely ipa

Cloudy ale with no real head. Ok taste nothing to write home about though.

A real bitter hopfest. Drinkable but not into this at all.
