Very smooth pour leaves a semi transparent body of golden yellow with one finger of white foam that had good retention. Scent is a mix of moderate malt and hop profiles. Some light wheat and cracker notes with a nice citrus hop back bone that carried a mild soapiness at the end. The feeling in the mouth is crisp and refreshing, with decent carbonation that doesn't dominate. Taste is mostly the same as the scent bit with some extra depth. Light wheat but with distinct barley, citrus hop profile is a little stronger, and soapiness is absent but a mild grassy note is present in the end. Another basic, perfect helles.
