Smells like adequately creamed coffee. In the taste, I'm getting coffee with enough cream to mellow it out some, but still leave it tasting like coffee. Very well made. After having Cup a Joe from them, I was almost ready to give up on Short's, but this has at least partially restored my faith in them. I've had way better coffee stouts and porters, but this one is a solid 3.5/5 from me
