This pours a great gold orange color which suits the aromas of citrus, orange, and mild tropical fruit. The white fluffy head pours a nice 2 fingers thick and disappears quickly leaving a decent foam layer that lingers for the whole drink. At least for the length of time it took me to drink it. Your results may vary. It is smooth and has an initial bitterness that promises to be strong but doesn't really go anywhere. The citra hops really do make this beer and that's a good thing because it doesn't offer much more than that. They bring an orange and citrus flavour but it's mild. There is not much of the malt flavours present. The taste definitely does not linger and finishes clean. Crisp, refreshing, light, and timid. I like it fine but it doesn't leave a lasting impression on me. I do think it's very cool that they put the recipe on the can for home brewers. Classy move Faculty. When people say "easy drinking", (I myself have no problem with any beer), this would fit their description.
