Amber-colored, slightly veiled, with coppery reflections. The nose is articulated, with fruity, toasted, caramel notes, accompanied by herbaceous, peppery and citrus scents, derived from the hops used. In the mouth the malt structure supports the bitterness of the hops (40 IBU), which in the tasting comes with great progression to clean the mouth. Beer that knows how to be drinkable and complex, with a very pleasant finish, with slight notes of pepper, spices and ginger.

Ensipuraisu on hieman kirpakka, kuivakka ja puolirunsaasti vaahtoava. Makuina kuusenneulaisuutta, pihkaisuutta, kuivattuja kukkia. Jälkimaku on puinen, napakka, piilokuivattavan miellyttävä. Mainio runko näin alhaisen abv:n omaavaaksi olueksi. Loppua kohden rapsakkuus kertaantuu.
