I like this a little more than the first time I had it. I've never had a carrot cake before, so i have nothing to base it on. Subtle, yet noticeable, spices going on. Everything works pretty well with each other. Nothing overpowering in the flavor. Not bad. Worth a try if you happen to come across a single can of this.
