Suhteellisen mieto maku, osittain peittyy normaalia tuntuvampaan hapokkuuteen. Kepoinen mutta selkeä mallas, heinäinen humala ja napakka happamuus. Hiukan saisonmainen tuntuma, muttei sinne päinkään.
