4.8% American Pale Ale

Conflux is our interpretation of the modern American pale ale, a juicy and citrusy beer with a soft mouthfeel. We only add hops right at the end of the process- a blend of German Hallertau Blanc & Ekaunot from the US- keeping bitterness low while infusing as much flavour and aroma as possible.

I have not had a drink from this brewery i did not like. This is a simple pale ale, but it’s tasty, sweet bitter & hoppy.

I imagine it's a bit like how a car crash feels. All going swimmingly then it's followed by a bitter end. It's not bad, it just comes to an end too soon and before the delicious complexity kicks in.
