Produced with the addition, in fermentation, of peaches from Volpedo. In the glass it is a deep orange, opalescent color. The nose is very intense, offering summer aromas, of ripe peach, accompanied by floral notes of rose and a clear memory of bitter almond, of peach stone. In the mouth it enters soft, with a body of medium structure and hints of fruit in syrup. It closes very clean, just lightened by a slight acidity; very long in the final, where the characterization of the peach is unchallenged, but where an unexpected and slight hopping also emerges. Refined, feminine, unique beer.

GREY'S VIEW
Alkuun runsas kuohuinen, lähes shampanjamaisella tavalla. Hyvin haperoinen tuntu. Vaikea maistaa kun olut luo tuollaisen kuplamaisen kalvon suuhun päästessään.
Odottelun jälkeen, oluen rauhoittuessa persikka nousee vahvana esiin. Myös kevyttä inkiväärisyyttä on mukana, kuin myös puumaisuutta. Runko on kuohkea, rypäleisen kirpeä ja hieman terävä happoinen. Päätteeksi hiivainen, melko kuivattavan sitruksinen, kevyen nahkainen ja inkiväärihäiveinen.

Ei lainkaan sieltä helpoimmasta päästä tämä. Positiivinen haaste kuitenkin.
