Really good apple flavours

Mousse blanche éphémère couleur jaune doré et sa pétille bien. Au début c'est doux mais sur la fin un peu sec.

Quite a nice brewdog ider

500ml brown glass; pours crystal clear, medium golden, moderate carbonation; on the nose very clean and fresh, green apple notes and zippy lemony acidity; in the mouth refreshingly clean and airy, the citrus acidity is beautifully balanced with apple sweetness, light and fragrant yet a full body to round it off; overall a lovely medium dry cider, full of apples, hints of lemons and dry champagne-like clarity
