What a surprise. Balanced, smooth, rich and not overpowered my choclately. Until now I've been avert to stouts. Holy conversion! Get this brew.

I called into the Lines Brew Co brewery on the way home from work this evening and picked up 6 different bottles of beer to try. I've only tried one of their beers on cask before so I'm looking forward to tasting these. This first one is a double IPA. All of their beers are unfiltered and unfined so there is a haze in the deep amber colour. The beer is bottle conditioned which takes over the aroma. The flavour is amazing. Rich, smooth, balanced, fruity, citrussy, warming. What a great introduction to the beers of Lines Brew Co.
