Un bon goût de litchi et agrume. Un équilibre parfait entre le goût et l'amertume, elle ce boit toute seule !

Flight 2/4. Lucid, deep gold beer with lively, long-lasting carbonation creates a pure white, silky lace ring that leaves a few horizontal, downpouring traces on the glass. The fragrance emits a tad pineapple, some lemon zest and grapefruit, accompanied by a truly sour edition of mango as well as a drop mandarin juice. The palate displays a thin, rather crisp, hoppy taste composed of quite bitter lemon peel, a moderate injection of grapefruit and a somewhat edgy, piney nuance. The body is significantly thin, even skinny. The beer finishes with modestly piney dry hops, a bit of grated lemon peel and resin. The aftertaste rushes away. The mouthfeel is quite watery, medium-crisp, a tad piney and slightly sharp as well as tangy. It goes without saying that this is the loser of the flight. I'm not really surprised though.
