It is characterised by a distinct, biscuity palate, derived from blending three traditional roasted barley malts in the mash. These complex, malty flavours are wonderfully balanced by a citrusy, hoppy bitterness and an aroma from an especially fruity hop which is added at four different stages during brewing.
