A wonderful lively aroma of grapefruit, citrus, and stone fruit. Also pleasing Belgian yeast scents including possibly coriander.
Very creamy smooth mouth feel and a sharp tartness wasting no time in slapping the taste buds around. Very grapefruit.
As the tartness starts to ease up, the stone fruit flavours begin to peek out and a less aggressive hops bitterness settles in. A fairly good amount of alcohol pairs up with some yeast esters, a bit buttery, and a little spicy, to finish off the sip. Quite a bit going on. I like it.
