St. Peter's Brewery  Ruby Red Ale Rot und trüb…. ….kommt das Ruby Red Ale optisch rüber und es riecht dezent nach Malz und roten Beeren. Der erste Schluck ist trocken und herb, bietet ausser einem Fitzelchen Karamell vor allem Aromen von Erdbeeren und Blaubeeren, was auch über die gesamte Genusszeit bestehen bleibt. Es ändert sich auch über den länger nachhallenden Abgang nichts an der beerigen, trockenen, herben und malzigen Ausrichtung dieses Rotbieres.
