Meal accompaniment. A dark one. Clear deep brown. A whipped-creamy off-white head on the surface. The height of about one finger. Syrup, dark bread and dark caramel in the fragrance. No bread on the tastebuds but syrup, molasses, bitter-leaning dark caramel, distant roasted malt and a faint hoppy touch constitute the gustatory cocktail this time. Feels fairly light, faintly roasty, easy, clean and balanced. The meal was nice but messy 🍤🦐🐙🦑
