In the production of A. Le Coq Imperial Extra Double Stout we have endeavoured to follow the original recipe as closely as possible.
It is a rich, dark beer with a dense brown head, dominated by dark-roasted malt barley and, typical of beers of the era, a hint of oakiness with autumn berries and sherry. The bottle has its own original label design.

Hyvä tumma olut. Maussa runsaasti suklaata ja salmiakkia.

Makua on kohtuullisesti. Maku saisi kuitenkin olla pehmeämpi ja kestää paremmin.

Melko hyvä! Vähän jää omasta mausta, mutta ehdottomasti voisin juoda toisenkin. Paksua ja mukava vaahto. Kahvia.

Sweet. Roasty. I can’t put my finger on it but somehow I don’t like this. I love the label though.
