Kupferfarbenes Böckchen aus Einbeck. Kaffeenoten, Karamell eventuell etwas Bisquit sind auszumachen. Mild würzig mit feiner Bittere und ein Häuchlein bayrisch Blockmalz. Angenehmes Teil ohne viel Schnickschnack.

Full bodied but very easy to drink. A very refreshing dark beer with a hint of licqueuric. Doesn't have a very strong aroma.

Yksi parhaita maistamiani bockeja. Miellyttävä, makeahkon maltainen maku, sopivasti hiilihappoa ja hyvin viilennettynä jopa raikkaan tuntuinen. Sopi erinomaisesti vuohenjuuston kyytipojaksi.
