A collaboration beer with Gladstone brewing company that recreates an old English style. The Burton ale is a strong amber ale that inspired the IPA.

Rich malt aroma with caramel, dried fruit, toffee, and hints of coffee. I think I can pick up some hops in there too.
The flavour is slightly bittering hop forward with the faintest of orange peel and spice, followed closely by a roasty dried fruit malt taste that eases off into the coffee notes. Also barely discerned is a hint of banana from the yeast. Much drier than I anticipated. This is a very good beer.
