A collaboration with Surrey Hills coffee and Firebird brewing company using coffee added during several stages of the process. It pours with a slightly creamy, almost yellow head which fades quickly. Leaving a pure black liquid. This is unashamedly on the heavier side, with a strong, thick taste oozing with character. Obviously the coffee comes through, but on so many levels. I like it, but it's one of those which it's nice to taste, a half or a third, but it's almost too much for any more. Definitely worth a taste though.
