Very bitter with a subtle fruity aftertaste but not a huge amount of flavour

On my holiday I found a fantastic shop with secret beer garden 🍺🤫 and I took lovely local Welsh beer... ⚔️ PORTH NEIGWL IPA from Cwrw Llyn brewery 🍺😇👌 This is lovely traditional IPA with special kick from North American hops. Well balanced between bitterness and fruity flavour. * Appearance - clear, pure yummy amber colour with very small head but creamy and sticky to the glass. Gently carbonated. * Aroma - caramel and tropical fruits, little bit malty on the background and slightly citrus. * Taste - nice punch from the hops, caramel, citrus and pine. Tropical fruits on the background. Lightly malt and wheat notes with perfect bitterness. * Mouthfeel - rich texture with soft carbonation, medium body. Aftertaste - sweet and caramel with great bitterness. Great beer and definitely deserved for another one 😇🍻😇 CHEERS!
