Light grassy hops aroma and some yeasty ester notes. Maybe a hint of clove and banana. Wonderfully subtle complexity. The hops flavours are forward but calm, a wee bit grassy and citrus. The yeast also plays prominently with but gets along well. Mild banana and clove. Excellent. Well done category 12.
