I am taken back by the lightness of this beer as i pour it. The fragrance is sweet, but shows little head forming. At 3.2% i would expect it to be a bit easier drinking than it is. Describing itself as a sour wheat, it has a surprisingly sharp acidic bite on the tongue. I like that Italian brewers are not affraid to mix it up style wise, but this one is a bit of a miss for me.

Hapanta mutta mautonta. Vähän tulee semmonen hapan lageri mieleen.
