Xingu Black Beer Pechschwarz wie ein Stout,.... ….fließt das brasilianische Black Beer ins Glas und hat einen, sich ruckzuck auflösenden Schaum. Süßlich malzig riecht und schmeckt es. Sehr süß sogar. Geringe Aromen von Kaffee und Schokoladentoffee sind noch dabei. Die Rezenz liegt im frischen, leicht prickelnden Bereich. Eins davon ist aber völlig ausreichend, da einen die Süße fast erschlägt. Als Desertbier zu Vanilleeis mit heißen Kirschen stelle ich es mir prima vor.
