Sweet woody aroma that has notes of caramel and something mildly fruity, possibly cherry? A woody caramel flavour with a decidedly sharp bitter aftertaste that seems a little smokey or burnt. Not unpleasant to me. At first I wasn't sure I liked this but after a few sips I realized I did.
