🇺🇸🇺🇸 Au nez c'est acide, levuré et on a bien cette légère odeur de poire et peut être même de fruits tropicaux. En bouche c'est bien acide et Malté. On a toujours ce retour de poire et enfin apparaît le vieillissement en fût. Top comme sour.

Sunshine & Opportunity - Almanac- 5,8%. Une dry-hopped sour vieillie en fût de chêne avec du jus de poire. Une robe ressemblant à une blanche, trouble ( du fait du blé), très pâle avec de fines bulles très actives et une mousse blanche épaisse qui réduit vite. La texture est fluide (avoine). Dès l'ouverture, l'acidité monte aux narines. Puis une sensation boisée, des notes tropicales, citronnées et de poire. On retrouve ces arômes en bouche avec en plus le malt et surtout une astringence et un goût de levure assez spéciale. La poire est discrète. Une vraie sour mais je suis un peu déçu car je m'attendais à plus de poire et plus de boisé. Là le final ressemble à du mousseux.

First beer by this brewery. Can. Canned on 25.4.2019 Temperature: +9 C Golden-yellow, a bit cloudy beer. Large, soapy head with moderate retention. Not really a fan of the head, as it looks somewhat cheap: 4/5 Nose is tart, fruity, light tropical and juicy pear comes along as well, especially when you take a harder sniff. Not very sour. Oak starts to peek when this gets warmer. Brettanomyces probably provides those tart and fruity aromas : 4/5 Light mouthfeel with more tart than sour feel. High carbonation. Quite refreshing: 4,25/5 Taste is zesty, tart, fruity (so Brett most likely) with citrus and tropical hop presence. Pear is not so strongly hear and its merging with the overall fruitiness the beer has. No oak flavor. Sourness really comes only in the aftertaste. Pretty good complexity but this just doesn't take me to the next dimension: 12/15 For some reason, I had high hopes towards this one and even though this didn't deliver those expectations, I must say not a bad beer by any means. Interesting and complex with lots of character. This also changes a lot with the temperature as quality beers do. It just that something really really spectacular is missing. I don't know why I sound so disappointed as I in fact like this beer a lot😅😄16,25/20 =40,5/50
