Slightly bitter front, not super flavorful, still drinkable

I have to admit that I didn’t have high hopes with this one. I’m pleasantly surprised. This has a slightly sweet, toasted caramel, bready malt taste. Add in some earthy hops that have just a tad bit of spiciness to them. Hoppy side fades a bit as you get to the end. Overall it is more malty but the hops gives it a nice touch.

Nice foamy head, not too high. Beautiful yellowish amber color. A little on the sweet side. Very smooth, very nice red lager. Liked it very much.
