Buona birra con qualche bollicina di troppo, sapore molto buono, al primo impatto sembra di bere una una birra rossa leggera. Poca schiuma , dovuta sicuramente alle troppe bollicine. Ottima gradazione 5,6 gradi sono ottimi per degustarla. Consiglio di gustarla con 2 grostini speziati di pane. Buon lavoro per questi artigiani
