I took this down to drink with my friends Danny and Jo. They have a beautiful view from their lovely garden. This is actually a Farmhouse beer. In terms of time and place on a late summer evening it couldn't be better. It's like champagne smashed into homebrew. Still hazy having been stood up for a week. Massive waves of earthy flavour, with hops and hops and some more hops - moorish and full of tangy punch. Bloody good. A celebratory beer - the sort that you should raise against the sunset and go ahhhhh. Winner.
