Our third NW DIPA features the 4820th generation of our local JW Lees yeast. We added Huell Melon and Amarillo to the whirlpool, with Citra, Amarillo, Loral and Huell Melon in the dry hop.

Juicy! Lovely citrus orange smell and flavour. Sticky, fruity and thick. Balance is spot on for me with slight lingering citrus bitterness. Even Mrs Phil likes this and she is not an IPA fan!

Smells like a summers morning in Seville, looks like the last of the sun on a hot summer's evening in Brazil and tastes pretty average. So much promise let down by The taste. I've had a few cloud water beers over the past weeks and I honestly beleive that cloudwater's strong point is their collaborations. Too many of their own beers either taste samey or lack that certain spark. I'll still be buying cloudwater beer because even their average beer is good but I will be looking forward to their collaborations more🍻🍻

Ooooft. Juicy and bitter. Beautifully fruity with a nice bitter finish. Lovely stuff.
