Transparent, deep amber beer pours from tap. The beer has extraordinarily weak carbonation that releases a few bubbles only every now and then. It forms an almost nonexistent head, descending to a mere white lace ring that dies soon away. The scent is somewhat vinous with a sweet sugary twist, portraying also strong semisour apple nectar and a bit of green grapes. The palate is a  tad watery with relatively sour apple nectar from fresh-pressed apples, a bit of gooseberry, a good handful of raw green grapes and very faint pear in the background. The vinous element of the fragrance is now absent. The body is surprisingly light. The finish is rather thin and somewhat watery. The key ingredients include medium-sour apple juice, identifiable gooseberry as well as a wee bit of white currant. The aftertaste lingers on tongue for a short to medium duration. The mouthfeel is relatively light, rather juicy as well as cidery and somewhat tart. It's also quite fresh, summery and gardeny as well as Belgiany.
