
Our brewers love to experiment. A Production crew member was particularly drawn to the malt Special Roast. From there, a Brewer took over and crafted this recipe using spicy Willamette hops with a hefty dose of Sorachi-Ace, both hops with a lot of flavor but low bitterness. The result is a malty, but not sweet beer with some spice character and subtle tropical fruit flavors.
