Medium bodied ale with a beautiful red hue that has all the hop flavor of a NW IPA with a more complex malt profile from the use of Red and Midnight Wheat in combination with Munich and Caramel malts. The protein in the wheat gives this beer beautiful head retention. Heavily dry hopped with Simcoe for a fruity, piney aroma and finish.
