Black Cherry Berliner Weisse is our "Jubilaum" (Anniversary) beer celebrating our first year in business. Berliner Weisse is a beer style from Northern Germany that dates back to at least the 16th century. Ours is a kettle soured wheat beer that's been aged on black cherries to provide hints of fruit flavor. It is low alcohol at 3.0%, light, tart, and refreshing with a slight sweetness.
