This year we chose to brew up a light IPA made with malted oats and fresh Citra hops. The lighter body helps accentuate the unique hop flavors from that only come from hops straight form the vine. In addition to the heaps of hops we added to the kettle, the beer was also wet-hopped in tank and then passed the beer through our own wet-hop-torpedo (essentially a giant randall) to infuse it a second time.
