This IPA underwent a 100% Brett Fermentation in oak barrels and was aged for 3 months.  Dry hopping with Galaxy, Columbus, Cascade and Chinook produces notes of apricot and rich stone fruit.  Tropical fruit and brett funk evolve as the IPA warms, leading to a dry, bitter and crisp finish.
