Narrows Summer Wit Ale is our take on a Belgian Wit style beer. Brewed with our house ale yeast, it has the addition of over 50% wheat to the grain bill, plus flaked oats provide a traditional light smooth body. At only 20 IBU's the floral, spicy notes from the addition of 3 lbs of coriander seeds and 4 lbs of dried orange peel dance upon your tongue and intrigue the nose. Really the right choice for a sitting-on-the-deck summer brew.
