Mt. Pilchuck Belgian-Pumkin Ale is our most anticipated Seasonal. Each batch is brewed with over 40 lbs. of pumpkin, in addition to a blended cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, and fresh (not dried) vanilla bean. An Abbey Ale yeast accentuates the spices and lends a tart finish to this otherwise rich, mahogany beer - making this the best Pumpkin Ale (from Mt. Pilchuck Brewery) known to man.
