Inspiration for the name came from the notorious Elwha ferry incident wherein, legend has it, the captain was distracted by a lady-friend and ran the boat aground off the coast of Orcas. Floral, citrusy, and earthy with a crisp finish. Bright and zippy hop presence that crashed into a grounded, supportive body. The malt foundation balances the hop bitterness in this classic Pacific Northwest style India Pale Ale. Dry hop: Chinook, aroma hop: Centennial, bittering hop: Zeus.
