
Bleating Red is an easy drinking Irish red ale that is a deep chestnut color. The Irish yeast adds a slight fruity note at the start but finishes dry with a surprising ever-so-slight touch of roastiness.
Notes: Our first recipes tended to be quite hoppy. Bleating Red takes the IBUs down a notch and is great for the non-hopheads in the group.
