This full-bodied beer is a collaboration brew with the 74th St. Alehouse to celebrate Seattle Beer Week. Largely the same recipe as last year, this beer is a pale golden ale with imperial strength, at about 7% ABV. We used Heidelberg Pilsner Malt, instead of 2-row for the base malt.
