Two row pale malted barley, unmalted wheat and oats.  Hopped with Caliente, Strisselspalt, and El Dorado.  French Saison yeast.  Aged 14 months in Heaven Hills Whiskey Barrels.  UNBLENDED.  Straight from the barrels into bottles and kegs.
