Ah, the wondrous wares that are winter warmers. This particular one is your humble Brewmaster's very favorite Diamond Knot beer! As a fledgling homebrewer his favorite thing to brew was a giant, spiced holiday ale that was almost always met with great appreciation. As a result the Ho!Ho! was the first DK beer that he really took under his proverbial wing and made his own. No spices in this one, just malt, yeast, hops, and water.
