Just in time for this hot weather, a crisp and refreshing German Pilsner. We started with the finest floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner (available at the shop) and added premium German hops all of which was brought together with a German pilsner lager yeast.Cold fermentation and a long lager create a crisp, clean and crystal clear beer. Expect an ultra white head with a subtle floral / spicy hop character. The body has a touch of sweetness and biscuity character that keeps the beer interesting. Overall a very drinkable beer! Enjoy our first lager.
