A Dark Passage is our Cascadian Dark Ale, better known as a Black IPA. This is an IPA style beer which has a different grain make-up to create a dark colored beer. Rather than use Roasted Barely (which is the popular thing to do, and quite bitter) to bring in the color, we prefer to use a combination of other specialty grains that add a unique, pleasing flavor.
