The Minstrel is our English style IPA. This is a light bodied, well balanced hoppy beer. With a specialty grain bill that includes Honey and Victory malts, this beer imparts a sweet, biscuity flavor. That flavor is complemented by two of our favorite hop varieties: Cascade and Magnum, which give the beer a light, spicy, citrus, grapefruity flavor.
