Transmutation is the conversion of one element into another, which is how we turned these mutant pumpkins into an excellent Ale. This mutation has 29 pounds of pumpkin giving it a light color and a subtle nose of pumpkin pie.  It is balanced with 10% biscuit grain giving it the finish of home-made crust with a touch of fall spice.  Cheers!
