Oyster Stout is brewed with Dark Chocolate and Dark Caramel malt for notes of cocoa, chocolate and toasted grain. Malted wheat provides a smooth body and creamy head. With Totten Inlet Pacific oysters added in the final five minutes of the boil, this sweet, yet balanced stout offers drinkers a subtle essence of salty brine and the flavors of the South Puget Sound.
The No-Li Oyster Stout was inspired by an on-going collaboration with Taylor Shellfish, a premier west coast and international shellfish company based in the Puget Sound. No-Li Oyster Stout is brewed with the freshest Taylor Shellfish Pacific Oysters from the oyster bed to the Brewhouse.
