This brew is an attempt to create a door to something ancient. The colour in the glass is a murky brown with a pinch of glowing amber. The aroma gives what the name promises: juniper, along with sweet caramel and wild berries. The flavour has clear notes of juniper and rye accompanied by sweet apple and herbs. A positive experience, but it could use some tuning to really make it distinctive.
